The same operator is the developer named on the App Store and Google Play listings of ViewTile, the controller for the purposes of the privacy policy, and the party responsible for the content of this site.
The activity of providing this app and website is not subject to the permission or supervision of any authority.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States — cloudflare.com. Cloudflare is the yer sağlayıcı (hosting provider) in the sense of Law No. 5651. The app itself is distributed by Apple Inc. through the App Store and by Google LLC through Google Play, under their own terms.

Open source
The app includes open source components under their own licences, listed in the app under About › Third-party notices. Those licences apply to those components. The website’s typeface, IBM Plex, is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; the licence text ships with the fonts at /fonts/LICENSE-OFL.txt.
Footage on this site
The camera pictures in the screenshots on this site are free-licence recordings from public sources, played in a test lab; they show no customer’s premises and no ViewTile user’s cameras. Where a licence requires attribution it is given in the image credits.
